Merchandise (Excluding Bikes)
If you are not fully satisfied for any reason, you may return the item for a full refund within 30 days. Receipt must be present for 30 day refund. Merchandise MUST be in original packaging and be in new condition. No refund on bikes, special order items, gift certificates, or closeout items. Deposit will be forfeited if customer cancels a special order. No returns on Special Order items.
Any installed items will not be returned. Labor will not be refunded. Any bikes not picked up from service after 90 days become property of Folsom Bike. Folsom Bike reserves the right to limit returns and exchanges regardless of receipt.
Exceptions: For credit/debit card returns, the exact card must be present. Cash or debit purchases over $250 will be refunded in the form of a mailed check within 10 business days of return.
